Award rules
- Candidates are the winning music groups of the 1st to 9th editions of the NISMCAA Music Competition. Each winning edition's music group is its own entry, so a school that won more than once appears once for each edition.
- Anyone may vote. One vote each: one vote per browser, and at most 3 votes per internet connection so a school's shared Wi-Fi still works. Duplicate or automated votes are removed.
- Live results are public and update automatically for everyone, before and after voting. Voting closes at the deadline shown above, and the music group with the most valid votes wins its school the NISMCAA School of the Decade award.
- Voting is free. NISMCAA's decision on vote validity is final.
Privacy: live results show only vote totals per school, never who voted. We do not collect names or any children's details. To stop repeat votes we use only an anonymous code stored in your browser and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, never the address itself.
