Help students find their stage.

Support NISMCAA’s work to connect music, learning, and recognition for school communities.

What your support can make possible

Donations and sponsorship can help with student participation, music equipment, event production, academic recognition, and the practical work of bringing schools together. Support may be financial, equipment, services, or expertise. This includes helping children with special needs participate in music and academic recognition.

Specific funding needs, confirmed partners, and sponsor-supported activities will be announced by NISMCAA. Contributions do not influence judging, finalist selection, or award decisions.

Participation for children with special needs

NISMCAA welcomes children with special needs in both the music competition and academic awards. Every child deserves the opportunity to participate, develop their talents and have their achievements recognized.

Choose a special needs entry category for school group music, individual student music or student academic awards. These entries are recorded separately for judging comparisons. Academic nominations are free; the displayed music entry fees apply.

Schools can tell us privately about access, communication, sensory, learning or performance support that would help a student participate. Please describe practical support needs, rather than diagnoses or medical records. NISMCAA will discuss arrangements with the school and, where appropriate, the parent or guardian; specific arrangements must be confirmed before participation.

A partnership built around students

NISMCAA began in 2009 with the mission of enhancing academic excellence using music as a tool. Our Nigerian beginnings support a wider international vision, with country-specific events and school participation.
