Grade-appropriate recognition
The initial subjects above come from our US pilot plan. Schools would nominate achievements and provide supporting work or evidence. Criteria and any tasks should reflect the student’s current grade and learning context; elementary, middle and high school entries would be considered within the announced divisions.
Evidence may include a project, performance, teacher endorsement or verified learning achievement. State or district curricula differ; a single national curriculum or GPA scale is not assumed.
Academic nominees do not compose on a music theme. Teacher and school recognition categories, student assessment procedures and US prizes will be confirmed before nominations open.
Discuss an academic nominationEvery learner. Every ability.
Children with special needs are included in our plans for both music and academic awards. Schools and families can discuss access, communication, sensory, learning and performance support before participation.
Describe practical support needs privately with an authorized adult. Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, IEPs or other confidential student records by email. Arrangements and any adapted assessments must be agreed before the event.
